Thats awsome, the reason though there is no list is there used to be a cookbook that showed all the food and how to cook it. but cooking got removed so info was added to each food of what it does and is bought from a vendor now. 

that sounds like a lot of coding for no real reason. the game is about the grind so just hunt for a while then check your pets or just talk to your pets they like it when you talk to them.

Adena is super easy to make here. The adena drop rate is increased.
