Did your character delvl-relvl IE 76 down to 10 back to 76 before you candled?

Are you comparing hp/mp from before while wearing gear and being buffed?

I think the lvl 30 quests are bugged.

Depends on your level, current gear. Also on how fast you want to farm the materials. In theory anyone can farm anything but it just takes time. But one thing to keep in mind is that the Fid weapons are end of game items so they are meant to be hard…
