newb karma zones ( -warp 12 and -warp 11) are useable until lvl 70. I would suggest hunting there as much as possible its decent adena, best exp, and drops elixirs.

It doesn't matter what lvl you add con/wis it will apply as if you have always had it. 
Also if you messed up stats you can always candle and try again.

Thats awsome, the reason though there is no list is there used to be a cookbook that showed all the food and how to cook it. but cooking got removed so info was added to each food of what it does and is bought from a vendor now. 

that sounds like a lot of coding for no real reason. the game is about the grind so just hunt for a while then check your pets or just talk to your pets they like it when you talk to them.
