Despise I would like to have equal XP loss curve regardless the map/location and/or War zone.
Having less XP loss in War Zone WOULD encourage more active PVP on those. And I am pretty sure, THAT is what you want.

Side note though. If you want more PvP, leave the Siege penalty (War Zones) relative low, but with some increased value.

Assuming there are only 2 groups fighting for the zone :p
I think now there are already 4 groups fighting for the L4 resources.. -
I think its a bit of work at server side to develop the run as quest/event.
PROS:
- PVP intensive.
- No more solo for end game gear
CONS:
- Indeed drop rate should be tested because potentially more kills.

The reason behind lv 50 weapons being non-tradeable is that they are 2 enchant points better than the higher grade weapon of its kind (on average).
It is the price for that superiority.
Ex: +7 Sword of flames = +9 shamshir on damage roll…

So far as I know, most Bosses Cycles are defined as client 3.63. Even if Ignacius takes pleasure on arguing it with me.
Also Boss types defined in boss spawn xml. Those are also mostly the same as 3.63.
