One thing I’ve never liked about campers is that there’s no great PVP solution to them. You can kill them, but you’ll go chao and their corpse will sit there for a long time allowing them to still see what’s going on. Most co…

The one issue that I take with this is that it actually takes quite a lot of work to make a Lok camper, relative to other campers. They're alts, sure, but there's a pretty significant time investment there.
One other "solution" …

@Omni, if they don't, then that's custom. They did on Zelgo (and Erase). Kiringku attacks ate CMs, but damage was negated by the CM. Kiringku damage was treated as magic damage, just with a little buff to offset MR. Have not tested here, but…

I don't see any reason that Bonebreaker shouldn't be level-based. MR-based might be punitive (especially because Kiringkus already remove Erase), but a giving it similar treatment to Shock Stun seems fair on balance. In fact, it might actual…

The GMs abandoned Resurrection to die some time ago (right around the time Justice came to be, incidentally). The server is set to go offline officially in April, though the site has been down for some months.

It's really, really poorly documented elsewhere, so it's important to establish something concrete not just for this server but potentially others.

Since this thread is kind of all over the place and people aren’t entirely following the process, here’s a full breakdown of the karma switching process.
Once you have karma, either positive or negative, you have to either hunt the op…

You have to have level 8 karma to switch. If you get level 5, and you want to switch karma, yes it's better to just hunt the karma.
-
Thank you, Zhin. So it's level 5. That's a lot of free karma (11.5 million).
-
Took me a second to figure out exactly what you were asking, so I apologize for the rapid fire edits.
When I say "refund," what I mean is that you can (at level 8 karma) get back to 0 without hunting the 10,000,000 karma that would be r…

It is time consuming (or expensive-ish) to go from 1,500,000 karma to 10,000,000 karma, but then you essentially get a gigantic karma refund at the end when you switch. Many consider it worthwhile, especially for the level 8 amulet.
-
Well he said he found the answer, which is that you have to get to lvl 8 to reset to opposite karma, OR you can hunt the opposite karma mobs, or use frags.
-
Unless you're a cougar mage, you probably should have done undead karma first. That said, you definitely want a lvl 8 ammy. Lvl 5 earring is probably fine.

Mostly, I was responding to Vickytang. It seems there's still an epidemic of ganking, apparently. I don't personally care about it, especially when there is no K/D ratio in-game and xp loss is minimal.
-
COI has only ever enabled degenerate things in PVP, whether it's ganking or COI healing. The goal should be to nerf its effectiveness in PVP while allowing it to continue to be an effective PVE tool.
What if COI removal/detection trigger…
