I agree with this. They just take up inventory space and outside of griefing - and one way I can think of to use them as an exploit - they're worthless. Heck, even the exploit isn't even worth using them to set it up.

Did you unzip the downloaded folder properly? Can you try to do it again to a new folder?
Also make sure that your antivirus is not on or you've added the folder to the exclusion list.
