WIN XP
anyone got this to work on XP? i keep getting not a valid win32 file any suggestions?

Re: WIN XP
What is the actual error? This sounds like you may be trying to run the 64 bit binary executable on a 32 bit system.
Can you follow this link and report on whether the system is 32 or 64?

Re: WIN XP
Did you unzip the downloaded folder properly? Can you try to do it again to a new folder?
Also make sure that your antivirus is not on or you've added the folder to the exclusion list.
Your system is 32 bit, the jLauncher binary is compiled for 64 bit. Charles may be able to provide a 32 bit version of the launcher, but your best bet overall is probably to install 64 bit Windows, if possible. -
Re: WIN XP
yeah i'm not re installing windows i havent played in forever i guess the dream can stay dead

Re: WIN XP
I mean, Windows XP is no longer supported by Microsoft, so I'm surprised you're reluctant to upgrade. Nothing runs 32 bit anymore.

Re: WIN XP
Hey,
I went ahead and compiled an x86 version of the launcher for people with 32 bit versions of operating systems. If you'd like you can try to download the jLauncher.exe from the Downloads page and replace the version you have.

Re: WIN XP
Hey,
You just need to replace jLauncher.exe with the 32 bit version: https://drive.google.com/open?id=18taIy2TzcxmZFwnJT6y_Gybmy754awKb
