Are you guys logging into Justice Live? Once you create your web account, you need to click on https://l1justice.com/lineage/account/ to create your game accounts. Create a game account, then log in with that username and password.

The launcher has an ability to reset to Fullscreen or Windowed mode for people having issues. Open the launcher, select Reset, then choose Fullscreen.
