My observation, is that most of the time the Global chat is fairly quiet. There are 66 people online, at 11AM EST and not a single word of trash talk has been uttered in global. Now, to reiterate the point Wombat .. you were NOT MUTED for trash talk…

This is caused by DPI Scaling. You can try multiple things.

1. On the launcher, RESET and choose fullscreen.

2. Disable DPI scaling with Windows 8 Compatability.

3. Disable the "Scale and Layout" to 100% in your display settings.
