May I ask what is noob TOS/COD? I'm sorry if it's a stupid question, but people like to use abbreviations and it's hard to know those terms as a new player. Thanks.

Noob tos/cod is a special map for low levels. You enter there with another message on those portals than regular one.

 

Beanbags can you put how quest works? I'm trying to talk to blob but it's not working.

But it's not working the same. You must do the quest at the very same karma side you want. So if you want earrings, talk to the spy npc in TOS and handle the powders to npc's there. Then talk to blob and give the item back to the very same spy.

I've got 25.6k karma and 1 elixer but the wrong side. Gonna test if i can do the other side now.

to make it work I had to change a couple things

but the quest gives the same karma as the mobs in the area

once you finish one, you cant do the other

To start the Spy Quest , to receive One, “Elixir”
(you no longer get the Potion, just the random increase of one of your stats)

Go to -warp 12 , talk to the Twisting of Space (ToS), select “lay hands on” to go to the Noob side of ToS
This Quest is Not repeatable...

 

Once inside, be ready to fight any MOBs at the starting point. You will see a Blob and a Guard. Talk to the Guard “Spy, Quest” and accept the Oath. You will receive the Kahel Agreement. Double click to use the agreement.

Select yes, if you are ready. You will read through the next dialog to either accept or decline the job.

If you accept the job you will be transformed into a Guard.

Note: while poly’d into a guard the ToS MOBs are not aggressive toward you (they will still hit your pets/summons). You should now have Corrupted Powder, Helpless Powder & Egoistic Powder of Kahel in your item list. You may either teleport randomly around till you came close to any of the three Guards you must talk to to complete the quest or walk to two of the on the main part of ToS. But one is on the little island to the bottom left, so you will need to use a random tele, till you get over to that island. On the main land is Yahee Taskmaster (Exchange it with his) & Yahee Slave Driver. On the island is Yahee Overseer. After talking and exchanging items with them. You go back to the starting location and talk with the Blob and exchange Bloodstains with it to get the item the Spy Guard wants, then talk to the Spy Guard to receive the “elixir” bonus (it’s random, but shows in your text window).

 

TaskMaster is approximately Very north top (left side) of Noob ToS, in some trees.
