to fix the error:

right click the exe and go to properties and disable DPI scaling

hp and mp is no longer random, so go ahead and candle

to use the launcher you need to exclude the folder in your antivirus so it doesnt remove files.

to get rid of the other error you need to disable DPI scaling in the exe settings (right click and go to properties)
