    -Players <80 will do less dmg to players 80+. 5% less per level, max 50% reduction.
-Restarting in the Dwarf Mine or the Wilderness will return you to Werldern Village.
-High Quality Pet Collar can no longer be deleted.
-Xmas Guard will no longer aggro a player it sees in town. (but will still follow into town.)
