I'm playing from the Philippines and suffer from pretty deadly ping spikes - often for 2 or 3 seconds or so.

Has anyone ever had luck with having a VPN improve their ping stability? Any other players from MNL area?

if bow damage range isn't used, Hunters Bow is really not bad at all. It's what I used before I rerolled int.

I always assumed the tradeoff for the +hit was low damage
