There is literally no delay re-coing when you get detected out by someone else other than the time of how fast your fingers are to recoi 

Arrows can't hit a target out of coi, even if you are spamming triples. It's been confirmed that it's bugged, triple arrows registers as 1 hit even tho it should be 3.... so you can spam coi while taking triples because of this bug.…
