I am not sure this is the correct spot to post this.

But from https://web.archive.org/web/20080506221406/http://lineagedb.com/item/detail.php?id=266&sg=1 Elven cloak is supposed to have a hidden bonus for elves to allow us to regen Hp while over weight. I tested this on 10/1/2020 on the live server but i did not regenerate HP while over weight. 

Also Elven shield's hidden bouns of MR does apply to elves so i think there is just an issue with Elven cloak. 

If this was removed that makes me sad, but if it was not removed I hope it can be fixed becaues that is the only reason I am wearing an Elven cloak right now. And wish I would have known before maknig it 

I don't think the act of making it is all that big of a deal, since its takes 2 minutes to make or obtain. That said, let me look into it. It wasn't something removed intentionally.
