I just installed and executed jlauncher and got error 'Can't access the server'

Is there anybody knows how to fix it?

"Can't access the server" is not a real error. What issue / error are you really having? Please be descriptive.

Can't connect to server, please check your network settings and try again

That is your launcher being unable to connect to my update server. I would suggest making sure you have the folder excluded in your AV. Otherwise, its being blocked by your network somewhere.

I get the same error, so please post up if you figure it out.  I have real time protection turned off in Windows Defender and I still get the error.  There are no blocked files or programs listed in Defender.  I don't have the foggiest idea how/why my network would be blocking something.

It's very likely you have another software on your system blocking the traffic. There is nothing on our end blocking it. We have many users online at this moment. Try to find if you have any type of ATP software (Advanced Threat) that monitors traffic, firewall, ect. Also, exclude the entire folder in Defender. You won't always see everything. Just exclude it.

Excluding the folder from Defender and restarting was the solution for me.  Thanks.

I have a similar issue.

I get a message saying the connection infomation is incorrect.

Exclude the file, restart your pc... problem solved. 

I have excluded the folder, but not the shortcut on my desktop. 
If that doesn't fix it I will try and reinstall the whole setup and reply back with the outcome.

Deleted everything and started from scratch.

Works now just fine.

from few days ago i got this msg  ==> Can't access the server.

i cant log in anymore.
