Sayha's Bow Upgrade?
Would you be willing to make Sayha's Bow viable in light of the Moon and Thebes bow. Could we maybe add a proc, and set of upgrades that would make it useable again? It has such nostalgia from the old days of the game, and it has a really cool function with the magic arrows and animation.

Sayha bow was good for a time but then other options came out and became more plentiful, so the use of sayha dropped and was not worth the effort to make it.
For the top bows on live you had kaiser for max damage (but had low hit), and was the damage bow of choice for a long time. Moon bow came in later as another good damage option with good hit, and the proc gave it a nice bonus (the proc damage and rate on this server is too high - I think its only supposed to be 10 damage and proc around 7-9% of the time). Then you had bowgun for the high hit and shield option. Other than that, the other bows were used as cheaper alternatives since you could get them enchanted higher, but they were not top tier. Thebes came in later too but that is an exception since it's for Int setups.
The 3 main bows above all have 7 total stats (hit and damage) combined. Sayha has 6 stats (4 damage 2 hit) but has the specialty of magic arrows (though useless on a PS). Kaiser doesn't have any specialty, moon bow has the proc, and bowgun is 1-handed.
The way I see it is that kaiser is a good hunting bow since hit bonus doesn't matter much when you hunt. Moon bow and bowgun are better for pvp with different setups (damage and proc with decent hit vs. high hit and shield). Restocking arrows on a PS is not as inconvienient as it was on live since there are easier and cheaper ways to get around here. So there is no real upside to the magic arrow specialty and is why sayha bow isn't very useful anymore, plus high tier arrows are plentiful so the magic arrows don't serve a purpose on this server.
There are three easy solutions to make sayha viable: Give it 5 damage 2 hit (so it's on par with the 7 total stat number with the rest of the top bows), make it 1-handed, or make the magic arrows do full damage to hard skin and +1-20 bonus damage to undead.
Note: Adding 1 extra damage to sayha bow will the leave the kaiser bow with no special ability then, which might warrant a buff of some sort to the kaiser bow too.
Also, a way to toggle the magic arrows on or off while having arrows in inventory would be useful (I think the magic arrows only work when you have no other arrows in your inventory, so right now you can't keep a reserve of black mithril arrows for bosses, and then switch back, though I could be wrong on this).
