Re: How does Candle work?
Using the candle is completely the users choice. However, it is recommended that you do. The general idea is to add your additional stat points in a way that will result in the quickest leveling. Once you have gained some level and have additional stat points to distribute, you would use the candle and stat more towards your end game build.
EXAMPLES: A person whom wished to level a WIS Dark Elf for turning stone would have one hell of a time leveling with all/most of their stat points into WIS instead of STR.. So they would create/lvl the DE applying STR as their core stat. After they have reached their ideal level, they could then use the candle and redistribute their stats into WIS.
A mage is another great example. Lets say somebody wished to make a cougar mage. Leveling a mage 72+ while dumping your stat points into CHA would take so much more time and work than somebody who invested their stat points into INT. Using a candle, you could level the mage as INT. Once level 72 was reached, use the candle and instead build into CHA.

Re: How does Candle work?
I’m currently lv52 knight (base stats 20str/14con) . How do I archive of what ppl said 35str and 23wis knight?
So the candle is basically to redistribute the points and it doesn’t increase additional point ?

Re: How does Candle work?
The only way to increase points is 1 point for each level over 50 and obtaining 5 elixir drops from Dream Island. Always candle after you get your 5 elixir, but at what level otherwise is up to you based on your goals. If you are not going to delevel and relevel for greater hit points and/or mana points, then candling as soon as you have the 5 elixir should be just fine.
