I heard someone talking about an "Einhasad buff", getting 200% exp. I've never heard of it before, what is it? And how do you get it?

It's not currently on this server.  Basically you get rested EXP, like in WoW or EQ, while you are offline.

It is on this server, the way it works is you gain bonus exp for being in a safety zone

How does this work? Do you need to stand in a Safety Zone for x amount of hours to get 200% exp? Does an icon appear showing you how much bonus exp you will receive?

Being AFK or logging out in a safety zone after a certain level (I believe 50+?) you gain the buff at a certain rate, I would say like 90% in a 12 hour period dont quote me on that I never kept full track lol and the way it works is you get extra exp, till the % goes away... dont know the exactly rate or exp amount so dont ask haha! but I believe you gain 2x xp while having the buff 

can a gm respond to the actual xp gain while having the buff

 

You gain 177% EXP until the buff is depleted.
