Where can I buy cookbook?  I believe it used to be in Gludio on live but I can't find the cook on this server.  Thanks for your help.  

I guess this NPC Alfons was supposed to be in Gludio to teach new players how to cook but he is no longer there.  

Cooking is out of the game currently to make way for new food coming.

If you know someone with a cookbook then you could borrow it or have them cook the food. 

But most food can be bought in the Trading zone now thanks to the npc added.
