the quest is simple,   

there is another npc hidden in the map that gives you  Incomplete Logbook, you need insert the 10 pages of glued loogbooks inside, this npc gives you  Complete Logbook,   ans this items is same a box, you doble click and gives a random blue sky weapons.

on these dungeosn have 7 very importan drop

-Amulet of Suffering.   you dont need this item but these mobs on area are broken,  the zombies on oficial server stun you, but on lineage justice no.

.  Scale of Darkness, Scale of Flames, Scale of Immortality, Scale of Hatred is same as poly this scales transform you into beleth, baphomet ect.. one of this is  a lvl 80 death knight or the other name is C-dk

-Trident of the Sea God-     only drops from ugly mermaid,  but this weapons is broken,    this weapon have a proc "lighting storm  but  here no have a proc, or the chance is very low

-Hair Clip of Lucidity is a helmet for see hidden mobs and  one hidden boss, nerver i see that, and this item is used for see the correct way.

the blue sky weapons  are all safe 6 and unbreak,   but on  database are safe -1 and breakable.  the gm need check this

on oficial server says this weapons have the best proc of the game, bu i never see that.

oh! on cave you cant use teleport  but on underwater yes,

When you say hidden, you mean hidden in the map or you need detect?
Im interessed at least in the name of the npc of the incomplete book 

hidden mobs, are invisible  when you equip the cap, you can see this mobs,  

I'm thinking that maybe I can't find the npc because I may need to equip my helmet to see it.

 

 

couple feedbacks here. First of all, the quest does not give you skyblue weapon. You will get  "Pouch of Voyager". Check the drop list below

Only 0.4%*3=1.2% for any weapon. 

Second, the NPC is "Struggling Voyager" loc (32756, 32851). He will turn the clued pages you have to "incompleted logbook". In order to know which pages in the logbook, you can identify it or drop it on the ground. You don't have to visit him first to get incompleted logbook. Visitinig him with all 10 glued pages will finish the quest too. Also you cannot just click on completed logbook. You need to talk to the npc again to exchange the pouch. Again, super low chance!!

Third, for pages 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8 you can hunt them in graveyard, and 7, 9, 10 dropped in deepsea. There is a chance the page can evaperate when you glue it, so prepare more.

What's special about the Blue Sky weapons? They seem to have amazing stats. What's the catch?

Do any of those 3 weapons you post do anything speical? For the amount of farming needed to obtain them.. they seem a little under powered.

@k_sze unless something changes, the catch appears to be that they can't be enchanted. They're all safe to -1 in the db.

They are timed weapons. Last for X hours. Bought with feathers.

i am just wondering whats the actual usage of these weapons, they are timed weapons, and they can't or enchanted by ndai/elemental, base dmg is same or worse than existing easy-to-get weapons.....they need to be customized a bit before it becomes useful in game. The special doll/food from new feather town updates seem more attractive according to people who have seen the screenshot posted not long ago.

Also curious if these weapons are working as intended, they do seem rather underpowered for farming tons of 3% drop rate items, with a 50% chance to blow up, culminating in a .4% chance to get the item.  And you've got to farm in two different areas for them as well.

 

Edit: to be clear, I mean the actual weapons from the voyager bag that was mentioned, not blue sky.

Can we get more information on the weapons?

Or may be we need to wait till is reasy to be implemented?
