Some changes (forgive me) are a stepping stone to increasing PVP and server enjoyment... this is just a step in the right direction. There are some things coming that will make more sense.. some catchup for new players, new ways to PVP, etc. 

 

General Updates:

• Dragon Lands is now temporarily limited to Level 81 and below.
  • This is meant to slow the level gap and allow me to get more content in meant for level 81+
• MOBS are now leashed, and will teleport back to prevent gathering entire maps to AFK level and prevent blocking stairs
• Illunionist Damage has been increasd / normalized.
• Restart / Log Offs have been significantly improved in speed.. no more delay while hotkeys disappear.
• Thunder Grab no longer blocks proc damage when you are rooted.
• Mobs are now proprely rooted from Thunder Grab
