With regards to blocking:

Blocking in Safety zone will remain and has always been against the rules and players risk jail time or tempoary bans from the server for doing so. With respect to griefing, and the blocking of a normal zones we are making a small change. With live, it was significantly more costly to create 10... 20 accounts of chao makers to block the entry to a normal zone as it required paid accounts. The blocking of normal zones, to control the zone with chao makers has become a problem.

As such, we are making the change that if anyone wishes to block or control a zone, you must be blocking the zone with characters that are level 65+... this is the level that PVP points will be calculated upon the next update.

Changes: If you wish to block a normal zone the characters must be level 65+ and be worth a PVP point.

We will allow a short adjustment period of no more than 48 hours. The server rules will be updated within that time frame.

 

Hey so does that mean characters that wouldn’t yield a point would just be able to be walked through?
