I am getting to the load screen where I can choose to run Justice live or Justice test. When I click justice live nothing happens?

There is built in cheat prevention. There could be something installed on your system that the launcher does not like. It could be a memory editor like cheat engine, decompiler, anything. I'd suggest uninstalling anything that could be used to try and cheat. Also, make sure your AV has the folder excluded as that may prevent it.
