WIS19over MaxMP bonus
I made WIS23 and dropped it to level10 and raised the level.
However,MaxMP+1 after WIS19 has not been working properly, and it has become the MaxMP which is greatly different than the expected value...
From WIS19 onward, I think that the MaxMP will increase by 1, but is it a bug?
I'm sad because candles and level raising time are wasted.....

I am not sure what you mean by MaxMP +1 or WIS19over. I've never heard of this before.
HP is gained by the formula: (Con - 15) + random .. so every point after 15 would give a gauranteed 1 extra HP per level.... is that what you are referring too?
MP doesn't work like that... it's based on seed values and randomness:
Wis 1 - 9: MP = 0 to 2 + 0
Wis 10 - 11: MP = 0 to 1 + 1
Wis 12 - 14: MP = 0 to 2 + 1
Wis 15 - 17: MP = 0 to 2 + 2
Wis 18 - 20: MP = 0 to 3 + 2
Wis 21 - 23: MP = 0 to 3 + 3
Wis 24: MP = 0 to 4 + 3
Wis 25 - 26: MP = 0 to 3 + 4
Wis 27 - 28: MP = 0 to 4 + 4
Wis 29 - 30: MP = 0 to 3 + 5
Wis 31 - 32: MP = 0 to 4 + 5
Wis 33 - 34: MP = 0 to 3 + 6
Wis >= 35: MP = 0 to 4 + 6The MP is then multiplied by the class factor... Elf & DE = random * 1.5.... Mage = random * 2 ... Prince = no multiplier... Knight/DK = random * 2/3.. Illu = random * 5/3
In saying all of this though, we literally pay for a test server so that people can experiment with builds prior to making any changes to their characters on Live. You could of and should test any builds on the Test server first. You can use .level there to complete the task in 5 minutes.

The average mp increase for 18 wis has shown to be 10.7(5 trials) from .level 10-65 vs 25 wis which shows to be 16.8(5 Trials). But when starting at level 10 with 18 wis I was able to mp gamble at an average of 12.8 and 25 wis mp gamble was an average of 17.2. I started with the hp base I was given, I don't understand why 18con at level 10 would be higher than 20 con.
Please make note, when mp gambling and you delevel the base of the mp will also change. For Example: Level 10 can have 146 hp and 9 wis, you level to 11 and you can have 159 hp and 19 mp. You can delevel and change the base of your previous level 10 stats. It can go up to 147hp and 11 wis or 145hp and 5 wis. Sometimes I had to delevel and relevel 10x to get the stats I wanted. I only recorded the stats when leveling to next level and got stats I wanted.
I am level 65, have 5 elixers, and trying to figure out if delveling is worth the effort. It looks like mp gambling at lower wis levels is worth the effort over higher wis levels. The equation at wis 25 Wis 25 - 26: MP = 0 to 3 + 4 should produce a maximum of 14 wis. That is not the case if I score a max of 7 and multiply it by 2, I am getting 16 and 18 with no mp gambing. Any input from players or GM would be much appreciated
