Running lineage on macbook

Hello,

silly question i have a friend who wants to start playing in this server, but he has a macbook. Is it possible for him to run the game on mac book?

Need to use a Windows Virtual Box like Parallels or VMWare. This will also require a Wndows 10 License.

I run Lineage in windows 7 or 10 on my Macbook Air in Bootcamp. Using a VM most of the time has issue. Parellels works better than VirtualBox but both have video frame issues.
