Level 76 ring slot / rune slot

Is the ring slot for level 76 available on this server?

If it's not, is it planned to be added on a future release (date?)?

Same for rune slot.

The level 76 Ring slot currently works on Test Server. It's part of the next update, to which is being tested now. I intend on making an informational post shortly to explain what is on Test server pending review. Just finishing up a few more things..
