CreateSurface Failed - Windows 10

On windows 10, tried compatibility mode, anyone else resolve this issue?

This is caused by DPI Scaling. You can try multiple things.

1. On the launcher, RESET and choose fullscreen.

2. Disable DPI scaling with Windows 8 Compatability.

3. Disable the "Scale and Layout" to 100% in your display settings.

Able to get in now after doing the following:

Resolution: Right click on the launcher > Properties > Compatibility > Change high DPI settings > Check "Overright high DPI scaling behavior: Application" > Ok > Apply > Ok.
