Constantly being disconnected
Hey there, so i've read other threads and have installed into AV folder, allowed on AV and windows firewall. Everything that could be blocking it exempted or allowed. In the beginning i could play for a few hours, then the time started dwindling. Now i am at the point its like 1 - 3 minutes and ill get disconnected. Any help greatly appreciated!

Anyone experiencing the same problem, in addition to exempting jlauncher, login, etc on your AV and Windows Firewall. It was TW13032701.bin that required exemption also. Now works flawless.

Re: Constantly being disconnected
Hey,
I have been away from playing for a while and came back recently.
And, I never had this issue before, no changes were made to the folder/files, nor exclusion folder/files.
I can not stay connected and getting disconnected constantly.
Can you guys let me know how to fix this step by step?
I added entire folder to be excluded, that has been working fine... now it randomly disconnecting me from the game.
Regards,

Re: Constantly being disconnected
Check your wifi setup, how far away from your modem.. if your using 5G wireless, switch to 2.4GHZ .. the 5GHZ is less stable... check whbat other applications yuou have installed that might be causing it..

It's still happening while internet is online and stable for youtube and etc..
-reinstalled windows
-disabled firewall

-tried both WiFi and Wired network resulting the same disconnection
This disconnects once in like 20-30mins...driving me nuts.

Re: Constantly being disconnected
Omega,
Things like youtube are buffered, the videos... so you won't notice packet loss that could disconnect you. I would suggest running a ping -t (continous ping) against some website, or device.. and watch it.. see if it times out, or if their are packet losses.
