This definitely is not a priority. This post is about an agro mechanic associated with using poison on DE and hunting with pets. I don’t know why I use poison, it’s literally trash and sucks but whatever. In high HP mob zones like SoE, Ancient Giant Ruins, Iv Tower, Some ToI floors I use poison for extra DPS. I also use a pet.

When I am forced to venz from a pack of mobs or whatever scenario while I have a monster poisoned, that monster remains poisoned for…. Hours?

This causes pets to attempt to agro something across the map. Even if you venz and come back, so long as you are on the same loaded map as the poisoned monsters, your pet will continue to walk back and forth trying to find the target. Usually this also makes the pet ignore you or anything you are doing.


Would it be possible to QoL patch this? I think right now PVE poison last a very long time. Maybe it could just be shortened to 90 seconds or something.
