It really sucks when a hunting area like FI is locked down by someone who is deleveling.  Just a add a potion to a vendor that resets your level.

That's not a terrible idea.  For lower level players entering FI, it's a death sentence if someone drags more than 4 mops to the starting point.  There's nothing special about deleveling, aside from the time it takes to do so.  There would need to be a process for it, similar to candling so GM's don't become swamped with "OMG I ACCIDENTLY DELEVEL" complaints.  

I love this idea, I want to delvl and relvl back up, but with work and life stuff going on, i just dont have the time to spend that length of time killing myself.
