GP Ganks and Pking period here
Game was made for pvp pve.. GP was put in game to help lowers gain exp.. now is nothing but pk stat packing. I would like to see GP be made no pvp. Many quit many more will if this is left pvp. Only place in game it should be exp and no pvp. Rediculas a lol 70+ and his buddy go around pking lowbies. Please fix this asap before GP is completely done for what it was put in game for. I'm not asking take pvp out of the game . Just 1 place we all like to gain exp.. not deaths !!

There are tons of places in game who could make exp and have fun at the same time, dont get me wrong, i am getting pk'ed, coi ganked all the time when i was low lvl, i never QQ once, i just adapted and moved onto other places. PVP is big part of lineage even though i am a PVE player, and this is not a PVE server.....especially when the game lvl soft-cap at lv75 at the moment.

In many problem-solving areas you have what is called "root cause".
Making GP non-pvp is not a viable solution. It would generate more problems than otherwise.
I was 6 times coi ganked yesterday. They failed. But sure, it is annoying AF.
Let's examine the problem:
- High levels bullying lowbies.
When GP was released in Korea, if I am not mistaken, it was similar to what now New-Tos is. A catch-up area. You couldn't enter past lv 65. Thing is, people is lazy and level-gap was too big between lv 65, and level 8x back at 2011.
Solutions:
- Increase XP at other areas. Drop needs to be balanced as well. This solution needs simply a customization at the SQL inserts which generate the area spawn. End-game areas shouldn't be modified (Aka L4): you hunt gear or XP. Not both.
Best way to do this, due lack of testers. We all prefer to grind the "live" server and not the test. Is increment the base XP by 15% of some monsters/areas until an acceptable quota.
- Limit GP level entrance as well. This would benefit players who are already high level though. But, it would help the health of the server. The longer to take this decision, the harder it is to make due its unfair nature. But well, also benefits old players who invested on a new server.
