Giran Prison Time Limit
Issue: 3 hours of GP daily is boring as hell, doesn't encourage PvP (except higher levels ganking lowbies), and makes almost every other zone in the game useless unless farming for 1 specific drop/material.
Possible Alternatives:
1) Decrease GP timer to 1 hour and increase the XP 3 times the current rate. This gives the same XP you would get right now in 1 hour of play time.
2) Decrease GP time limit by 5 minutes per level after 52. At 72 this would equal 80 minutes GP time.
3) Boost XP in every zone outside of GP and leave GP as is. .
4) Boost spawn in certain areas or boost XP of specific mobs to make more places viable.
5) Complete customization of somes zones in regards to XP and mob spawning. Example: inside of Thebes currently has great spawn for a melee but the amount of HP each mob has is too high for the amount of XP they give and rate at which they respawn on your screen. Zones like this would be great to boost because you can't just random teleport when confronted with PvP. The run back isn't terrible but enough of a penalty for venzing. And who knows, maybe thebes/thebes boss will become a PvP hot spot for our current situation of little to no PvP.

Agreed. gP is boring. 3x exp, limit to one hour and slightly increase xp for other areas

I would love to see spawn increased in other areas. It's depressing to walk to drake from DVB teleport location and find only 5-7 monsters in 4 screens of distance...
I have never really used GP it's just a fuck fest of assholes PK'in ya because that's why they play the game and I only care to PVE so I just slowly level other places.
I do understand that this may cause lag possibly so we might want to condiser this as a neccesary evil and cant increase spawn.
I'd also like to make a point to Shitcoins Point 5... Not all of us want to encourage PvPers to go full throttle to ruin everyone's days.... Would be nice for the PVE players to have something also? If ya make thebes an attractive PVP location we'll have to grind outside the temple, not encouraging to someone who doesn't like PVP and can no longer hunt in the temple cause the EXP was buffed. Honestly if melee's "need a better spot" it'd be best to design an area that's hard for mages to aoe and easy for melee's to survive... set the mobs to 100+ MR there?-Yoshi

Best option:

Evil spirits are around 650 hp and worth around 4300 XP.
TOI monsters are double so hard sometimes and give around 1300 XP.
Usually, XP is level based as default. Only Evil spirits and some guards are overruled.
Taking into account that GP prison is limited, I suggest raising the XP to 1.5X current value tops, because other areas are not time limited and have drops as well.
This would diminish greatly the bullying from people who can play 16h a day and have some real life issues, most likely (probably got abused, bullied or whatever).
Thinks to take into account:
- Monster type: undead, demons.
- Jackpot drops.
- Zone reachability.
How to implement: SQL and overwrite the XP default value of those.
Also,
Decreasing the GP timer per level sounds awesome. Getting COI ganked by 4 peeps 20 levels on you is not fun. If you decrease the GP time per level, people will think twice between annoying lowbies and do something productive... I guess.
How to implement: dynamic assignment of GP time based on char level.
