Start by talking to Dicarding on Ivory Tower 3rd floor. He sends you to TOI 25-30 to kill a Lesser Demon and get a Movement Order. Take it back to him then he will poly you into Lesser Demon and tell you to go see Official Kiholl he is just to the right of tarak (if you stay in the poly he gave you none of the + karma mobs will attack you but the other ones will if you have - karma or no karma at all). After speaking to him go to the start of SOE and talk to the red crystal. It will send you to the first floor of sanctum of restoration. Kill a few mobs until you get 2nd floor key, double click it to go to second floor. Open your minimap and run all the way to the last room and kill the Abss Master looking guy named Fighter of Noble WIll, he will drop the 3rd floor key, double click it to go to third floor. Here you will kill a siloute looking mob called Guardian of noble will then run to the top right and talk to the rotting Corpse he will give you Will of destruction, use it and it will teleport you to the last room. Walk up right till you see a brown square in front of the altar, stand on the square and use the flute the siloute gave you and it will summon a lich. Kill it to get Elixir of destruction, use it and then start hitting the altar. When it dies it will give you fragment of altar. Take the fragment back to dicarding and he will give you Gold scepter and the ability to make Sub-Leaders in your BP.
