What does this skill do? Is it good?

It is a summon if I am not mistaken... Looked weird, but reading the source looked like Royals could summon Cougar too?

(If all poinst allocated to CHA and other prerequisites fulfilled)

Yah. it's not implemented. My understanding, is that later on a Spell called Avatar for prince was released that allowed them to summon monsters. I've been tryin

its actually called Brave Avatar now and they changed the skill in everyway possibe.
