My knight is over lvl55 and i can't learn any of the basic spells.

I have been to the lawfull temple with the SB and nothing happens i talked to the dude in TI and he wont teach me anything.

What am i doing wrong?

Which NPC did you speak to in TI? When you -warp 1 then escape, just east north east of the dwarf there are two npcs within a house. One of them can teach you level 1 spells that you buy for about ~400 adena per spell. After purchasing you'll get the blue light beam in succession on your character, and then you should have all level 1 spells. If that fails, then maybe a GM will need to address this.

Make sure you are right next to the lawful temple, sometimes it can be buggy even if you're at the tele in spot.

Shitcoins makes a good point about distance. Try standing literally next to the NPC. Sometimes you can get the menu up and go through the motions of buying/selling items and it simply fails because your character is too far away.
