How can I "link" my already created account (both in game and forum accounts created already) to make Market and LinWeb work for me?

When I try to access both site tells me that I have no created account linked to it and that I should create one.

I havent released either of them, I've been incredibly busy since launch almost 3 weeks ago. Things are starting to settle down now, and opening a siege up. Then, I will configure and release the market.

I will wait for the release, though it was already on and I was doing something wrong.
