Nvm, realized macro isnt needed for easier food cooking. can delete thread

It would be really nice if you or someone explained why macro isn't needed and how to cook food more efficiently.  We get new players rolling through here from time to time.

Just put the food icon on hotkey and lock the key down with something and come back once in a while to restart fire

Is there a place with a guide for cooking? requirements and the various meals with their bonus listed?
