Dragon Knight Noob - Need Help or Guide
Hi, i'm an oldschool lineage 1 player that just started this server. To switch it up, I am trying Dragon Knight but I'm pretty sure I'm playing it wrong.
Currently I am lvl 50, use the Black Knight morph, and hunt GP. I use the bravery Buff, and Valakas buff for +hit. Finished 15/30/45/50 quetss already, using the lvl 50 Weapon at +7.
Questions:
1. Are there any guides and resources? Google/Search is returning nothing on this class.
2. What is this Eye Buff? What are differences between closed eye, medium eye, and full eye icons?
3. What skills do I use? Is this same as knight? Hack and slash? I read some stuff about Foe Slayer, what is it?
4. What gearing and stats should I focus on? I am using noob start gear and PGs. Prioritize str ? Con? dex?

I hope someone with good answers to your questions replies. This is the only thing I've been able to find online that hints at good info for DK, DE, or illusionist:

Would love to see some guides on these classes. Good luck.

Re: Dragon Knight Noob - Need Help or Guide
Been a while since you've posted and im not sure you are still playing. But at least to answer the eye question, each stage is worth 15 dmg. Now when you use foe slayer, it should pop the eye buff thingy. If the eye is fully openned, it should do 45 burst dmg. The class is quite fun, very bursty in PVP depending on your target. I used to play DK, and with the right gear, you can pop someone from 300-0 unexpectedly, a full eye pop + 3 swings with foe slayer adds up to a lot.
Thunder grab is also a really cool root skill. The 2 cell range is very advantaegous in certain situations. I will admit though you will usually need to kite a knight or DE if they are strong. When pvping, you usually want to save the burst if you think you can go for the killshot, otherwise, you can usually just spam foe slayer off cooldown. I recomment using the scroll-click method so that you can auto attack/foeslayer/auto attack with no gaps between them.
Not an expert, but I used to play one, let me know if you have any other questions.
