Update: Test Server Changes [Sept-23th]
The following changes were submitted to the test server tonight, on the 23rd.
- Fixed underlying issues with pet exploits and multi-threading.
- Fixed Ebony wand not casting the wand animation, and casting the spell animation.
- Lowered damage of ebony wand, it now does random damage scaled by INT.
- Wands will now be removed from inventory when they reach 0 charges - this means they can be hot-keyed now.
- Fixed the way Kiringku base damage was hardcoded - it's now based on the weapon damage.
- The above issue fixed the IT Kiringku being extremely overpowered, and sets the stage for new, tiered illusionist weapons to be added.
- Fixed players dropping items further away than they should be allowed.
- Fixed a few starting stats not being correct on the server side.
- Fixed missing greater spirit spawns on DI.
- Fixed walking onto the FI boat from Heine.
- Fixed a couple of boat return locations.
- Thebes proc and damage should be normal, the targets MR affects proc rate, and INT affects dmg.
- Enabled a couple of the exploit preventions that were not enabled before.
- Removed some additional talking scroll NPCS.
- Fixed exploit with Triple arrow - changing weapons during triple will now disengage the attack.
- Hardened the speed hack detection on Dragon Knights even further.
- Moonbow no longer triggers counter magic.
- Moonbow no longer removes erase.
- Fixed moonbow damage calculations.
- Reduced weapon switching delay to 500ms.
- Enabled the fix for the Enchant Armor Exploit.
- Fixed Hidden Valley Scrolls not working.
- Testing CB Proc damage as a middle ground of the reported values. We're testing Damage = (Large Dmg x 2) + Enchant + Dmg Bonus. This gives some more value back to CB knights, and will be tested against the buffs given to the other classes. This both allows for a gap between 2hpks and fid to add in additional tiers of weapons, and should make the FID 2hs the choice weapon, even though AGS will reflect 2 more damage than a +2FID.

The Moonbow changes upped the dmg of the proc from 30-40 to 50-60.. this is still rather poor dmg for what you go through to make it.. it should be 60-130 Which is what it was on the Live server and the last 5 Private servers I played on.

Could you look into:
- reduction armor balance compared to dragonskin from DK?
- Bounce attack to offer something PvE?

Nightfiend - We just made 3 drastic changes to the moonbow, compared to how it was (for some unknown reason). The next steps will likely adjust the damage upwards. It's just a test, and tweak situation. We refuse to change something so far, that we have to nerf it later, so smaller incremental updates makes for better testing. The moonbow will be where it should be for this server.
Darkjustive - I will take a look at that, no promises. I don't want to get too far into 'custom' behavior. Did bounce attack ever do anything in PVE?

@Nightfiend The live server (LOA) never had any damage associated with Moon Bow proc, it was 100% cosmetic. That said, it should do damage but I think its fine where it's at because it seems to proc way more often than a thebes bow.

Hey Pure,
Let me rephrase that. Ebony wand was casting the Call Lightning spell doing 80-90 damage. It's been now fixed to the modest damage it originally was meant to have.

I just looked into l1-jp source code from 2014. I was gone from Lineage from 2011 until 2 months ago.
Bounce attack did nothing in PvE. So far as I read that source code.
Anyway, first priorities first... Any enhancement I would also not prioritize.

The moonbow proc damage on live was literally like 10 dmg (or even 0 *just a visual proc* it was too hard to test on live because of how random the damage rolls were), u should be happy it's anything higher than that... it's already 1 of the best bows in the game, having a proc that does that much dmg makes it even higher priority than it already is, which is stupid (also moonbow proc dmg is not supposed to be affected by INT)... i hope you realize moonbow proc rate is like 1 of the highest proc rates in the game, which is why on live it literally did no damage, and unless they are going to make it require the correct things to make it, it should never do good proc dmg... which most of these servers always have the wrong recipe for it (i never checked what it was on here)... most servers it literally is so easy to craft, so making that do more proc dmg is just retarded... AND i wouldnt put it passed the GMs to change the recipe to suit you retards that will cry "why is it this hard to make" if it was the real recipe
also it's actually sad to see someone talk about LIVE when they literally expose themselves to proving that they never played LIVE... LOL my man said it was 60-130 on LIVE and all the private servers he played, well on Zelgo it was like 40-50 so (actually tested with Jenny multiple times), u didnt play there, on live it was 0-10 so you didnt play there, where did you play that it was 60-130...???You will be exposed.

Just want to point out that Moonbow is not INT based here. We will also not be making the requirements to make it easier.
