We've just implemented one of the updates that was released to NA live for TOI specifically to increase the attractiveness of the higher floors for farming, or pledge hunts. You can read the actual updates from here and here as they were archived.

*Edit: Forgot to mention dolls will no longer block monsters.

• Fixed the range of bears to be 3 cells.
• Fixed a bug that would cause a pledge to lose their house on restarts.
• Bounce Attack no longer breaks weapons since it was buffed to match the client.
• Fixed the naming of pledge houses (no longer cuts off the first letter).
• Fixed the basement maps for the Gludio pledge houses - clans that bought the basement can now access them.
• Fixed the range of Earth Bind which should only be 2 cells as per the offial lineage update: "Earth Bind range reduced to 2 cells. The spell will only be effective if cast within 2 cells. You can cast it on a target beyond 2 cells, but it will automatically fail and mana will be consumed."

• All TOI Elemental Spirits XP increased to 5500.
• Knight Vald, Mummy Lord, and Iris XP increased to 6000.
• Added: Great Spirit of Wind - Spirit Crystal (Striker's Gale) 
• Added: Great Spirit of Earth - Spirit Crystal (Exotic Vitalize)

 

The following will be added in the near future (once I find the correct drop rates):

• Repeatable mini-quest added: All monsters have a chance to drop Essense of the Elements
• Calvin in Aden (/loc 34068, 33148) will exchange Essence of the Elements for Bag of the Elements. Bag of Elements gives one of the following rewards: Adena, Elemental Enchant Scrolls, and occasionally Dragon Scales.

Could you add the HQR (High Quality Ruby ) to Succubus Queen of Darkness. It was announced but it never came live. The same drop rate as HQE for Archer is quite accurate. It makes hunting those worthwhile paired to the XP increase. Not overpowered as GP but at least interesting as new place.
