Quick update to clean up some of the issues from the major update (mistakes).

 

Updates:

• Timezone was left at the default (UTC) timezone on the rebuild, configured this back to EST.
• Fixed castle siege time to be at the normal time again! Next siege Tuesday 9PM, EST.
• Accidently left party EXP at the original rate! Updated it to the new party EXP rate.
• Fixed the Santa Hat poly bug!
