i did that and am all good on the launcher. still having problems with bottom of screen cut off

so im useing the right launcher, i get an error code when i try to use full screen. it will play in windowed screen but it is cut off at bottom so i can play the game. also the alt 2 function isnt doing anything and changing the resolution also does…

so i got rid of and redownloaded all the files. the jlauncher was there before the extraction but then once i extracted the files the jlauncher was gone. can you help?

ok i dont think im useing the proper launcher then.. 

i just downloaded and created account. i cannot get past character creation screen because the bottom is cut off and cannot select the right buttons. how do i either go full screen or make window fit?
