Im sorry i don't understand what you mean

hi im new i have downloaded the game and downloaded the .NET 4.6.1 and everytime i try to open the JLauncher.exe it tells me i don"t have premission to open the file and then deleting the JLauncher.exe automaticlly.

how do I get passed this?
