Sky Castle was a Chinese event that American players seem to think was content from the next update, after Dragons.

My guess is nothing, or at least Tikal.  Its how all of these servers have gone in the past.  

1) Start with an outdated server source for no apparent reason.

Use a Frozen Cloud mage on Black Knight Search Parties (Small Wasteland).  Once you can find Firestorm, use that instead.  Great way to make some starter Adena.
