I can't think of a counter to cancelling a cougar at the moment, but if you had a haste armor/weapon for a pet, then a timer would seem reasonable to rehaste. With a berserker axe all you have to do is unarm/rearm to rehaste.

CB is Counter Barrier, Knight Skill that counterattacks when attacked.

Int elf would be the fastest leveling. Gather in Giran Prison and fireball for fastest xp.

Assuming you're int elf, Thebes bow would be best. Dex elf kaiser bow would be your first option
