I have an issue in game
I am not sure if here, my issue in game is relate to technical support.
but my issue is so serious to me.
in my storage, Adena about 1.2b disappeared.
A few hours ago, I kept it in the storage and after a few hours, it disappeared.
How should I do?

Did you store over 2.1b? Did you store in pledge storage?
items don't just disappear.

Thank you for your reply.
I have no blood pledge.
First, more than 800m adena was in storage and around 50m was in my character
and then, I sold 255 gold stockings for 1,275,000,000 adena and I put it in my privat storage.
So, maybe total adena would be more than 2.1b. but I don't know exact number.
If you can check my play record, Please check it.
I also hope my adena stays in the storage, So, I try to log in several times, but my adena is not storage.
I had much effort to save this adena. Please help me.

I have 2 characters In this account. 1 mage, 1 Dark elf
Dark elf character name is Specialone. (Sub character)
This character sold items and put the adena in the storage.

Could you please let me know how my issue is going on.
For a few days, I almost have no access to game.
Hopefully, I normally get back to game after this issue get fixed.

You can't access the game because you lost Adena in the 2.1b adena glitch?
I've just been a bit busy with code development; this is a minor bug that will be fixed as soon as i have a moment.

I am so glad to hear this issue is not big problem and can be fixed,
and tried not to access to the game because I thought you would need to investigate my character. but it seems I am wrong.
I would just like to ask you to have a moment and fix it.
Hopefully, it would not take long time.

I have zero patience for you, and the back and forth nonsense. Just shut up and come on discord, and when we can both SYNC UP I can help you. Sometimes to reply on the forums within a day, sometimes a week... this is NOT THE PROPER MEDIUM for receiving immeidate troubleshooting or fixing of issues. I am trying to get you to sync up with me when I am also at the computer so we can go back and forth for 30 seconds, get online and fix the problem... instead we are wasting 1000x more time.
