How can I play test server?

I can login Live server, but test server alway offline, where can I get the right link to test server :(

Test server isn't always online. But it is online at the moment.

Also thats a weird coding for the starter post, are you using Jlauncher? if so it shows if the servers are online or off to help know if you can log in or not
