character is not available

Hi, I just started on this server.
I was on my way to the Chaotic Temple above Gludin to learn magic, when I started to see the wasteland, the client crashed the moment I killed a zombie.
After that, when I select a character on the login screen, the client crashes.
Does anyone know how to deal with this?
