Test Server Enchant Rates
Imagine my surprise, after never having an accessory blow on test despite enchanting several dozen to +10, of having my first two attempts at enchanting accessories on our live server result in evaporation.
Could we please have enchant rates on test just match the Justice server, and have some other hopefully non-code intensive way of allowing people to get the over-enchanted items they want? I'm not sure what would be easier to code...a place/potion that assures enchant success....perhaps a special enchant scroll that always succeeds?

The enchant rate is a fixed value on a data file that can be easily overwrite for different servers.
What you are asking for is adding something for the sake of testing... I rather have the scarce valuable time of developers (they have a life too) put into new content or updates rather than testing customizations.
On the contrary, I think that Rudy posted a "Compendium" with all the info you require. But people is quite active answering forum questions, so feel free to ask.
About enchanting rates, so far as I know, live rates are equal to standard lineage 1 rates as they were on 2007.
